Frankie is excited to spend the weekend camping with her boyfriend, Ted, right up until they arrive. What should have been two days of wild sex in the woods turns into a hunt for Sasquatch. When Ted fails to appease Frankie’s need to be pleased, she decides to find someone more willing.
Bif is a type of shifter that many know more famously as the urban legend of Big Foot. Waking to being stuck in Sasquatch-mode, he learns that he’ll have to find someone willing to have sex with him until he is able to turn himself back into a human and stay that way. When a hunter and his girlfriend camp next door, an opportunity opens for a weekend of wild sex with a jilted lover.
I received this book for free from Publisher Gifted in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.
I don’t read a lot of erotica, just because it doesn’t cross my plate very often. Lately I was talking to an author I know, and I heard about this series that spotlights different urban legends and puts them into sexy and at times graphic positions. I can and do enjoy a good erotica so I figured that I would give this one a try. Boy! am I glad that I did.
For Frankie, the weekend was supposed to be two and a half days of lounging around in her bikini and having sex with her boyfriend Ted. However Ted had other plans, and they consisted of not even feeding Frankie.
Bif had only planned on being out in the woods for one day with his friends for the full moon. When he didn’t turn back into his normal self, he knew that he was in trouble. His friends abandon him in his time of need, I mean let’s be honest I probably would to.
What happens when a sasquatch who can’t turn into a regular human again realizes that the young lady in the camping spot next to him needs help? Oh and he needs some help from her as well, just more in the steamy between the sheets way.
This book is steamy, I mean like fan myself steamy. From the beginning all the way through until the end, but it isn’t just an erotica with no story. The story is actually really good and I loved the ending. Adding a good story line to this level of heat really connected me to the characters in a way that other eroticas in the past hadn’t.
I mean I honestly cared about Frankie and her situation, less so with Bif because let’s be honest he kinda did it to himself. Not judging Bif by his choice of friends, but let’s just say that I was rooting for Frankie. The length is perfect as well. It is a novella length story versus the author trying to push it too long. Let’s be honest, we all know stories that could end way before they actually do. This one is compact, a solid story, and heat. Did I mention the heat?
Honey Cummings, the author of this book has created a series based on urban legends, Sasquatch being one of them. I haven’t read the others, but I heard there is a Jersey Devil and a Chupacabra one. My personal favorite urban legend is the Wolpertinger, but I don’t know if we will see one of those in the future. If so I will be first to buy it. What? A Wolpertinger should be able to get freaky in the woods, car, or wherever it wants without judgement.
